Hi! I have read all your posts and find them very interesting. Get that book wrote, so I can read it!I would like to know what a weeks worth of food would be for you prices and portion size. I would like to eat like they do there for an experiment of how others live. I hope your foot is getting better. My Dad asked about this oxygen treatment here and told they won't do it.I guess you have to live in Ukraine to get good care. Blessings,Lisa

Glad to hear the ulcer is healing and the new diet is leveling out your blood sugar. Good luck with the pressure chamber treatments, not too sure I could handle that unless I had a book to take my mind off what was going on.
When you start exploring the area on the trolley, will you be able to take pictures of the scenery and include them in your blog? Pictures of other parts of the world are so interesting and tend to show us how much alike we all are. And being a gardener I love seeing the plants that grow in other countries, so many of them are the same that are grown in gardens all over the world.

To respond to these comments: Lisa, whether your Dad can get hyperbaric treatment depends largely upon his blood pressure, if it's a whole body type. If he also has high blood pressure that is not well controlled, reputable docs won't allow it because it is dangerous. When I came to Ukraine the first time, I couldn't have the treatments for that reason. Now, I'm much better controlled so it's a no-brainer. There are some hyperbaric devices, though, that fasten around an arm or leg for treating wounds that could work quite well, if he can find one in his area. Medical care here is generally poorer than in the U.S...unless you find the exceptional doctors or, like me, you happen to be married to one! I will deal with food and other prices on the blog itself very shortly.
Toni, I am happy for the good wishes. I will certainly take a book with me to the treatments, to see if there's room in there for one. The ones I have seen have no such room, although there is a window above the head to see out. I will surely be taking pictures and putting them on the blog...the first ones I plan on posting tomorrow (Monday). Stay tuned...and I hope all is going well with the mail list!

Приличный блог. Ваш блог, естественно, очень полезен. Непосредственно иногда я использую информацию, которая помещена в подобные блоги. Я желаю заметить, что такие блоги не только информативны, но также и достаточно популярны в современном Интернете. Это - больше чем просто сайт. Конечно, есть некоторые вопросы, которые должны были быть определены, но гарантирован это в смоге их, чтобы решить при следующем посещении. Я думаю, многие соглашаются со мной. Распределение подобной информации - деловое благородное и требующее достойного внимания от внешних заинтересованных людей. Теперь я вынужден оставить данный блог, но это гарантирую, что на днях не раз, я посещу его. Ещё хотелось бы узнать почему я пишу а на следующий день моих сообщений уже нет ? Спасибо.
