A health blog might be interesting to others, even though there are many of them out there. I am also a diabetic, and I had an off-list discussion with you about that a couple of years ago. You suggested at that time that I use chromium GTF, and I have been doing so since then. I still watch my diet carefully and try to walk 3-4 times a week. It is keeping my blood sugar in check. I have a prescription for glipizide, but seldom have to take them.
I have begun blogging also. Started with one just for family and friends to keep them up on family news, and then started 2 more for opinions, gripes (lol), and useless type random comments. They don't cover politics or religion, which lead to heated discussions, but I do enjoy them as much as I did keeping a diary or journal way back before computers came along.
I sign yahoo posts with Lois in sw OK, okiewife on twitter and wordpress, and Grandma in the yellow house on blogspot. I wll be checking back
